The Childress Bobcats softball team scored 18 runs and held the visiting Tulia Hornets to 0 in the Bobcats league win on Tuesday.

The Bobcats now sport a 13-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Canadian for a 3A Region I District 1 battle on Thursday, April 17. Childress will confront a Wildcats team coming off a 13-0 league loss to River Road (Amarillo, TX). The Wildcats record now stands at 14-8.

With the loss, Tulia moves to 1-20 on the season. The Hornets host Dalhart (Dalhart, TX) to confront the Wolves in a 3A Region I District 1 battle on Thursday, April 17. The Wolves come into the battle with a record of 7-12. Dalhart lost 12-0 in their recent league battle against Bushland (Bushland, TX)
