The Clyde Fliers overwhelmed the host Sandusky Blue Streaks softball squad by a count of 18-0 in Tuesday's league challenge.
Next, the Fliers meet the Columbian Tornadoes (Tiffin, OH) in a Sandusky Bay - Lake challenge, on Thursday, April 17. Clyde will attempt to upgrade on its 11-4 season record. The Tornadoes go into the challenge with a 6-7 record after their 3-2 league win over Norwalk (Norwalk, OH).
The Blue Streaks (4-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Bellevue (Bellevue, OH). The Redmen go into the Sandusky Bay - Lake challenge with a 2-7 record. In their last challenge, Bellevue was routed by Perkins (Sandusky, OH), 13-4, in a league challenge.
