The Douglas Eagles softball team scored 15 runs and held the visiting Crossville Lions to 0 in the Eagles league win on Tuesday.

The Eagles now possess a 12-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Oneonta for a non-league battle on Monday, April 21. Douglas will confront a Redskins team coming off a 5-0 league loss to Etowah (Attalla, AL). The Redskins record now stands at 11-17.

With the loss, Crossville moves to 0-15 on the season. The Lions host Guntersville (Guntersville, AL) to confront the Wildcats in a non-league battle on Thursday, April 17. The Wildcats come into the battle with a record of 1-10. Guntersville lost 11-1 in their recent non-league battle against Albertville (Albertville, AL)
