Texas High School Softball - Dimmitt succumbs to Muleshoe

April 15, 2025: Muleshoe, TX 79347

In Tuesday's league test, the Muleshoe Mules (Muleshoe, TX) softball squad overwhelmed the visiting Dimmitt Bobcats (Dimmitt, TX), by a tally of 12-2.

Next, the Mules clash with the Shallowater Mustangs (Shallowater, TX) in a 3A Region I District 2 test, on Thursday, April 17. Muleshoe will attempt to advance on its 21-6 season record. The Mustangs go into the test with a 16-6 record after their 16-2 league win over Idalou (Idalou, TX).

The Bobcats (6-17) will now prepare for their test against Roosevelt (Lubbock, TX). The Eagles go into the 3A Region I District 2 test with a 2-14 record. In their last test, Roosevelt was routed by Slaton (Slaton, TX), 6-5, in a league test.
