The Kaukauna Galloping Ghosts softball team scored 5 runs and held the visiting Fond du Lac Cardinals to 0 in the Galloping Ghosts league win on Tuesday.

The Galloping Ghosts now sport a 5-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Appleton West for a Fox Valley Association battle on Thursday, April 17. Kaukauna will confront a Terrors team coming off a 19-1 league loss to Kimberly (Kimberly, WI). The Terrors record now stands at 1-3.

With the loss, Fond du Lac moves to 3-2 on the season. The Cardinals travel to Oshkosh West (Oshkosh, WI) to confront the Wildcats in a Fox Valley Association battle on Thursday, April 17. The Wildcats come into the battle with a record of 4-3. Oshkosh West won 7-6 in their recent non-league battle against Beaver Dam (Beaver Dam, WI)
