The crowd at Tuesday's league bout between the Glenn Bobcats (Kernersville, NC) and the visiting R.J. Reynolds Demons (Winston-Salem, NC), observed Glenn's softball team prevail over R.J. Reynolds by a tally of 16-1.

The Bobcats (10-9) will now prepare for their bout against Mount Tabor (Winston-Salem, NC). The Spartans go into the Central Piedmont 4A bout with a 4-8 record. In their last bout, Mount Tabor was routed by East Forsyth (Kernersville, NC), 17-4, in a league bout.

In their next game, the Demons clash with the North Forsyth Vikings (Winston-Salem, NC) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, April 16. R.J. Reynolds will attempt to advance on its 2-17 season record. The Vikings go into the bout with a 0-9 record after their 23-3 non-league loss to Parkland (Winston-Salem, NC).
