In Tuesday's non-league match, the host Varela Vipers softball team scored a nice 18-3 win over the iMater Charter Knights.

The Vipers (5-6) will now prepare for their match against Somerset Academy South Homestead (Homestead, FL). The Hurricanes come into the non-league match with a 7-5 record. In their last match, Somerset Academy South Homestead was routed by Coral Shores (Tavernier, FL), 27-25, in a non-league match.

In their next game, the Knights confront the Mater Bay Academy Rays (Cutler Bay, FL) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, April 22. iMater Charter will attempt to better on its 1-8 season record.
