The T.L. Hanna Yellow Jackets overwhelmed the visiting Mauldin Mavericks softball squad by a count of 12-4 in Tuesday's league challenge.
Next, the Yellow Jackets meet the Hillcrest Rams (Simpsonville, SC) in a AAAAA Region 1 challenge, on Thursday, April 17. T.L. Hanna will attempt to upgrade on its 15-2 season record. The Rams go into the challenge with a 8-10 record after their 4-2 league loss to Greenwood (Greenwood, SC).
The Mavericks (1-10) will now prepare for their challenge against Greenwood (Greenwood, SC). The Eagles go into the AAAAA Region 1 challenge with a 4-13 record. In their last challenge, Greenwood toppled Hillcrest (Simpsonville, SC), 4-2, in a league challenge.
