The crowd at Tuesday's league bout between the Shawano Community Hawks (Shawano, WI) and the host Menasha Bluejays (Menasha, WI), observed Shawano Community's softball team get by Menasha by a tally of 5-3.

The Hawks (5-3) will now prepare for their bout against New London (New London, WI). The Bulldogs go into the Bay bout with a 1-3 record. In their last bout, New London tipped Seymour (Seymour, WI), 7-2, in a league bout.

In their next game, the Bluejays battle the West De Pere Phantoms (De Pere, WI) in a Bay bout, on Thursday, April 17. Menasha will attempt to advance on its 4-7 season record. The Phantoms go into the bout with a 1-3 record after their 7-1 non-league loss to Ashwaubenon (Green Bay, WI).
