In Tuesday's league test, the North Fremont Huskies (Ashton, ID) softball squad overwhelmed the visiting Salmon Savages (Salmon, ID), by a tally of 14-4.

Next, the Huskies clash with the Marsh Valley Eagles (Arimo, ID) in a non-league test, on Friday, April 18. North Fremont will attempt to advance on its 8-7 season record. The Eagles go into the test with a 2-12 record after their 10-9 league loss to Bear Lake (Montpelier, ID).

The Savages (2-3) will now prepare for their test against Firth (Firth, ID). The Cougars go into the 3A Nuclear test with a 4-9 record. In their last test, Firth prevailed over West Jefferson (Terreton, ID), 13-3, in a league test.
