Ohio High School Softball - Utica bounces Northridge

April 15, 2025: Utica, OH 43080

The Utica Redskins softball team scored 15 runs and held the visiting Northridge Vikings to 5 in the Redskins league win on Tuesday.

The Redskins now sport a 4-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Licking Heights for a Licking County battle on Wednesday, April 16. Utica will confront a Hornets team coming off a 7-6 league win over Watkins Memorial (Pataskala, OH). The Hornets record now stands at 7-5.

With the loss, Northridge moves to 4-7 on the season. The Vikings travel to Granville (Granville, OH) to confront the Blue Aces in a Licking County battle on Wednesday, April 16. The Blue Aces come into the battle with a record of 3-5. Granville lost 13-3 in their recent league battle against Mt. Vernon (Mt. Vernon, OH)
