California High School Softball - San Juan Hills can't get by San Clemente

April 15, 2025: San Juan Capistrano, CA 92675

San Clemente Tritons (San Clemente, CA) backers left the game pleased Tuesday as they saw their softball squad nudge the host San Juan Hills Stallions (San Juan Capistrano, CA), 6-5 in a league game.

With the triumph, San Clemente upgrades its record to 18-5 on the year. The Tritons travel to El Toro (Lake Forest, CA) to play the Chargers in a Sea View game on Tuesday, April 22. The Chargers enter the game with a record of 9-10. El Toro lost 13-6 in their recent league game against Beckman (Irvine, CA)

The Stallions now own a 6-10 record. They play next when they travel to Villa Park for a non-league game on Friday, April 18. San Juan Hills will play a Spartans squad coming off a 9-6 league win over Sunny Hills (Fullerton, CA). The Spartans record now stands at 11-11.
