The Edgewood Lions baseball team scored 11 runs and held the host Pomona Red Devils to 0 in the Lions league win on Wednesday.

The Lions now hold a 6-7 record. They take the field next when they host La Puente for a Miramonte test on Friday, April 17. Edgewood will play a Warriors team coming off a 4-3 league win over Workman (City of Industry, CA). The Warriors record now stands at 1-11.

With the defeat, Pomona drops to 3-8 on the year. The Red devils travel to Ganesha (Pomona, CA) to play the Giants in a Miramonte test on Friday, April 17. The Giants go into the test with a record of 14-1. Ganesha won 15-0 in their recent league test against Bassett (La Puente, CA)
