The James Clemens Jets got by the visiting Austin Black Bears baseball team by a count of 2-1 in Saturday's league bout.
The Jets now possess a 19-14 record. They take the field next when they travel to Buckhorn for a non-league bout on Tuesday, April 19. James Clemens will face a Bucks team coming off a 14-0 league win over Columbia (Huntsville, AL). The Bucks record now stands at 22-9.
Next, the Black Bears face the Albertville Aggies (Albertville, AL) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, April 19. Austin will attempt to move on its 5-20 season record. The Aggies enter the bout with a 11-14 record after their 6-3 league win over Grissom (Huntsville, AL).
