Indiana High School Baseball - Silver Creek defeats Columbus North

April 16, 2022: Columbus, IN 47201

Silver Creek Dragons (Sellersburg, IN) fans exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Columbus North Bull Dogs (Columbus, IN), 7-2 in a non-league test.

With the win, Silver Creek upgrades its record to 7-5 on the season. The Dragons host Columbus East (Columbus, IN) to battle the Olympians in a non-league test on Tuesday, April 19. The Olympians come into the test with a record of 4-4. Columbus East won 9-8 in their recent non-league test against Edgewood (Ellettsville, IN)

With the defeat, Columbus North falls to 2-2 on the season. The Bull dogs host Jennings County (North Vernon, IN) to battle the Panthers in a non-league test on Thursday, April 21. The Panthers come into the test with a record of 7-2.
