The Taylor Titans crushed the host Northfield Norsemen baseball team by a count of 18-8 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Titans now possess a 2-4 record. They take the field next when they host Eastern for a Hoosier Heartland bout on Tuesday, April 19. Taylor will face a Comets team coming off a 11-4 non-league win over Manchester (North Manchester, IN). The Comets record now stands at 6-0.
Next, the Norsemen face the Maconaquah Braves (Bunker Hill, IN) in a Three Rivers bout, on Wednesday, April 20. Northfield will attempt to move on its 0-4 season record.
