In Saturday's non-league battle, the visiting San Benito Haybalers volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Pacific Collegiate Pumas.
The Haybalers (15-12) will now prepare for their battle against Aptos (Aptos, CA). The Mariners come into the non-league battle with a 8-12 record. In their last battle, Aptos lost by Santa Cruz (Santa Cruz, CA), 3-0, in a league battle.
Next, the Pumas clash with the Christopher Cougars (Gilroy, CA) in a MBL - Gabilan battle, on Wednesday, April 20. Pacific Collegiate will attempt to advance on its 1-10 season record. The Cougars come into the battle with a 18-3 record after their 3-2 non-league win over Branham (San Jose, CA).
