The Jefferson J-Hawks topped the host Streamwood Sabres volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Saturday's non-league test.
The J-Hawks now have a 9-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Huntley for a non-league test on Monday, April 18. Jefferson will confront a Red Raiders team coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Guilford (Rockford, IL). The Red Raiders record now stands at 2-10.
The Sabres (4-8) will now prepare for their test against Glenbard East (Lombard, IL). The Rams enter the Upstate 8 test with a 12-3 record. In their last test, Glenbard East gained a win over Naperville Central (Naperville, IL), 2-0, in a non-league test.
