The South Portland Red Riots lacrosse team scored 19 points and held the visiting Bonny Eagle Scots to 3 in the Red Riots league win on Saturday.
The Red Riots (1-0) will now prepare for their game against Thornton Academy (Saco, ME). The Trojans go into the Class A South game with a 2-0 record. In their last game, Thornton Academy prevailed over Windham (Windham, ME), 14-3, in a non-league game.
