Indiana High School Softball - Fremont holds off Manchester

The Fremont Eagles the host Manchester Squires softball squad by a count of 11-9 in Saturday's non-league battle.

The Eagles (6-1) will now prepare for their battle against Manchester (North Manchester, IN). The Squires go into the non-league battle with a 1-1 record. In their last battle, Manchester nudged Wawasee (Syracuse, IN), 7-4, in a non-league battle.

The Squires now sport a 1-3 record. They play next when they host Fremont for a non-league battle on Saturday, April 16. Manchester will meet a Eagles squad coming off a 17-1 league loss to Eastside (Butler, IN). The Eagles record now stands at 4-1.
