Utah High School Softball - Rowland Hall knocked off by Hunter

In Saturday's non-league contest, the Hunter Wolverines (West Valley City, UT) softball team overwhelmed the host Rowland Hall Winged Lions (Salt Lake City, UT), by a margin of 15-2.

With the triumph, Hunter moves its record to 6-7 on the year. The Wolverines host Granger (West Valley City, UT) to play the Lancers in a 6A Region 2 contest on Tuesday, April 19. The Lancers come into the contest with a record of 5-14. Granger lost 16-0 in their recent league contest against West (Salt Lake City, UT)

In their next game, the Winged Lions play the San Juan Broncos (Blanding, UT) in a 2A contest, on Saturday, April 16. Rowland Hall will attempt to move on its 1-6 season record. The Broncos come into the contest with a 5-8 record after their 10-6 league loss to Gunnison Valley (Gunnison, UT).
