Shadle Park Highlanders (Spokane, WA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the visiting Pullman Greyhounds (Pullman, WA), 16-4 in a league challenge.

The Highlanders now own a 6-2 record. They take the field next when they host Clarkston for a 2A/3A/4A Greater Spokane challenge on Tuesday, April 19. Shadle Park will face a Bantams squad coming off a 16-1 league win over Rogers (Spokane, WA). The Bantams record now stands at 5-4.

With the loss, Pullman falls to 1-6 on the campaign. The Greyhounds host West Valley (Spokane, WA) to face the Eagles in a 2A/3A/4A Greater Spokane challenge on Tuesday, April 19. The Eagles enter the challenge with a record of 1-6. West Valley lost 14-9 in their recent league challenge against East Valley (Spokane, WA)
