North Carolina High School Baseball - Freedom loses to South Caldwell

In Tuesday's league game, the visiting South Caldwell Spartans baseball team scored a nice 16-6 victory over the Freedom Patriots.
The Spartans (13-4) will now prepare for their game against Alexander Central (Taylorsville, NC). The Cougars go into the Northwestern 3A/4A game with a 8-10 record. In their last game, Alexander Central was overwhelmed by Watauga (Boone, NC), 1-0, in a league game.
The Patriots (3-14) will now prepare for their game against Ashe County (West Jefferson, NC). The Huskies go into the Northwestern 3A/4A game with a 10-6 record. In their last game, Ashe County was overwhelmed by Hibriten (Lenoir, NC), 10-0, in a league game.
