Pennsylvania High School Baseball - Greensburg Salem loses to McGuffey

The Greensburg Salem Golden Lions baseball team (Greensburg, PA), was overwhelmed 10-1 in Tuesday's league outing with the host McGuffey Highlanders (Claysville, PA)

The Highlanders now hold a 3-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Mt. Pleasant for a WPIAL 3A 4 outing on Thursday, April 18. McGuffey will confront a Vikings team coming off a 10-0 league win over Brownsville (Brownsville, PA). The Vikings record now stands at 6-3.

Next, the Golden Lions confront the Waynesburg Central Raiders (Waynesburg, PA) in a WPIAL 3A 4 outing, on Friday, April 19. Greensburg Salem will attempt to advance on its 5-4 season record. The Raiders go into the outing with a 9-0 record after their 11-0 league win over Brownsville (Brownsville, PA).
