In Tuesday's non-league game, the host Screven County Gamecocks baseball team scored a tight 2-0 victory over the Jefferson County Warriors.
The Gamecocks (10-14) will now prepare for their game against Hampton County (Varnville, SC). The Hurricanes go into the non-league game with a 0-7 record. In their last game, Hampton County by Hilton Head Island (Hilton Head Island, SC), 18-1, in a non-league game.
