The Nevada Union Miners topped the host West Park Panthers volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Tuesday's league test.

The Miners now have a 9-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Placer for a test on Thursday, April 18. Nevada Union will confront a Hillmen team coming off a 2-0 league loss to Lincoln (Lincoln, CA). The Hillmen record now stands at 2-12.

The Panthers (8-3) will now prepare for their test against Ponderosa (Shingle Springs, CA). The Bruins enter the test with a 2-4 record. In their last test, Ponderosa gained a win over Oakmont (Roseville, CA), 2-1, in a league test.
