Colorado High School Volleyball - Fountain-Fort Carson tips Discovery Canyon

April 16, 2024: Colorado Springs, CO 80921

In Tuesday's league contest, the Fountain-Fort Carson Trojans (Fountain, CO) volleyball squad nudged the host Discovery Canyon Thunder (Colorado Springs, CO), by a margin of 3-2.

Next up, the Trojans battle the Cheyenne Mountain Red-Tailed Hawks (Colorado Springs, CO) in a Pikes Peak 1 contest, on Wednesday, April 17. Fountain-Fort Carson will attempt to better on its 12-2 season record. The Red-Tailed Hawks go into the contest with a 12-4 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Canon City (Canon City, CO).

With the loss, Discovery Canyon moves to 15-1 on the year. The Thunder travel to Pueblo South (Pueblo, CO) to battle the Colts in a Pikes Peak 1 contest on Wednesday, April 17. The Colts go into the contest with a record of 8-9. Pueblo South won 3-2 in their recent non-league challenge against Rock Canyon (Highlands Ranch, CO)
