Searcy Lions (Searcy, AR) supporters were pleased Tuesday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the host Batesville Pioneers (Batesville, AR), 6-0 in a league challenge.
Next, the Lions confront the Greene County Tech Golden Eagles (Paragould, AR) in a 5A East challenge, on Friday, April 19. Searcy will attempt to move on its 12-0 season record. The Golden Eagles enter the challenge with a 11-4 record after their 3-0 league loss to Valley View (Jonesboro, AR).
The Pioneers now possess a 3-8 record. They take the field next when they host Valley View for a 5A East challenge on Friday, April 19. Batesville will confront a Blazers team coming off a 3-0 league win over Greene County Tech (Paragould, AR). The Blazers record now stands at 8-7.
