In Tuesday's non-league battle, the host Western International Cowboys soccer squad scored a close 3-2 win over the Cass Tech Technicians.
The Cowboys (4-1) will now prepare for their battle against Edsel Ford (Dearborn, MI). The Thunderbirds go into the non-league battle with a 3-1 record.
The Technicians (0-3) will now prepare for their battle against Berkley (Berkley, MI). The Bears go into the non-league battle with a 5-0 record. In their last battle, Berkley nipped Royal Oak (Royal Oak, MI), 6-1, in a league battle.
