Westminster Christian Academy Wildcats (Huntsville, AL) supporters were pleased Tuesday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the host St. John Paul II Falcons (Huntsville, AL), 6-1 in a league challenge.
Next, the Wildcats confront the Athens Golden Eagles (Athens, AL) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, April 19. Westminster Christian Academy will attempt to move on its 12-1 season record. The Golden Eagles enter the challenge with a 10-6 record after their 1-0 non-league loss to Bob Jones (Madison, AL).
The Falcons now possess a 8-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Priceville for a 4A Area 8 challenge on Thursday, April 18. St. John Paul II will confront a Bulldogs team coming off a 2-1 league win over Madison County (Gurley, AL). The Bulldogs record now stands at 13-2.
