Virginia High School Baseball - Stuarts Draft loses to Staunton

The Staunton Storm crushed the host Stuarts Draft Cougars baseball team by a tally of 8-2 in Tuesday's non-league bout.

The Storm now hold a 5-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Fort Defiance for a bout on Friday, April 19. Staunton will face a Indians team coming off a 4-3 non-league loss to Spotswood (Penn Laird, VA). The Indians record now stands at 3-3.

Next, the Cougars face the East Rockingham Eagles (Elkton, VA) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, April 17. Stuarts Draft will attempt to advance on its 5-7 season record. The Eagles enter the bout with a 1-5 record after their 6-5 non-league win over Page County (Shenandoah, VA).
