In Tuesday's league test, the host Apex Cougars lacrosse squad scored a tight 9-4 victory over the Apex Friendship Patriots.
The Cougars now have a 15-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Middle Creek for a test on Friday, April 19. Apex will face a Mustangs squad coming off a 10-9 non-league loss to Apex Friendship (Apex, NC). The Mustangs record now stands at 8-7.
In their next game, the Patriots face the Middle Creek Mustangs (Apex, NC) in a non-league test, on Wednesday, April 17. Apex Friendship will attempt to move on its 9-2 season record. The Mustangs come into the test with a 8-6 record after their 12-4 non-league loss to Orange (Hillsborough, NC).
