In Tuesday's non-league outing, the host Southwestern Randolph Cougars softball team scored a nice 12-4 win over the North Moore Mustangs.
Coming up next, the Cougars battle the Oak Grove Grizzlies (Winston-Salem, NC) in a non-league outing, on Monday, April 22. Southwestern Randolph will attempt to upgrade on its 4-1 season record.
The Mustangs (1-5) will now prepare for their outing against Chatham Central (Bear Creek, NC). The Bears enter the non-league outing with a 1-1 record. In their last outing, Chatham Central ran past Western Harnett (Lillington, NC), 11-4, in a non-league outing.
