In Tuesday's non-league test, the host Bourne Canalmen lacrosse squad scored a good 23-3 victory over the New Bedford Whalers.
The Canalmen now have a 3-1 record. They take the field next when they host Apponequet Regional for a South Coast test on Friday, April 19. Bourne will face a Lakers squad coming off a 9-4 league win over Old Rochester Regional (Mattapoisett, MA). The Lakers record now stands at 2-2.
In their next game, the Whalers face the Bourne Canalmen (Bourne, MA) in a non-league test, on Monday, April 22. New Bedford will attempt to move on its 0-4 season record. The Canalmen come into the test with a 3-2 record after their 18-7 league loss to Apponequet Regional (Lakeville, MA).
