The Madison Academy Mustangs held off the host Clements Colts soccer squad by a margin of 2-1 in Tuesday's league match.
The Mustangs now sport a 11-6 record. They play next when they host Tanner for a 1A-3A Region 8 match on Friday, April 19. Madison Academy will encounter a Rattlers squad coming off a 4-0 league win over Alabama School of Cyber Technology and Engineering (Huntsville, AL). The Rattlers record now stands at 14-5.
With the loss, Clements drops to 6-8 on the season. The Colts travel to Tharptown (Russellville, AL) to encounter the Wildcats in a 1A-3A Region 8 match on Thursday, April 18. The Wildcats come into the match with a record of 5-6.
