South Carolina High School Soccer - Saluda can't get by Mid-Carolina

In Tuesday's league battle, the host Mid-Carolina Rebels soccer squad scored a close 2-1 win over the Saluda Tigers.

The Rebels (12-3) will now prepare for their battle against Saluda (Saluda, SC). The Tigers go into the AA Region 2 battle with a 6-8 record. In their last battle, Saluda was nudged by Dixie (Due West, SC), 1-0, in a non-league bout.

In their next game, the Tigers battle the Dixie Hornets (Due West, SC) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, April 18. Saluda will attempt to move on its 6-7 season record. The Hornets enter the bout with a 10-4 record after their 12-0 league win over McCormick (McCormick, SC).
