Corry Beavers (Corry, PA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Jamestown Muskies (Jamestown, PA), 4-3 in a league challenge.

The Beavers now sport a 3-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Oil City for a District 10 Region 6 challenge on Tuesday, April 30.

With the loss, Jamestown falls to 2-2 on the campaign. The Muskies travel to Franklin (Franklin, PA) to face the Knights in a District 10 Region 4 challenge on Wednesday, April 17. The Knights enter the challenge with a record of 2-2. Franklin lost 11-1 in their recent league challenge against Sharon (Sharon, PA)
