Hamilton Aggies (Hamilton, AL) fans exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Curry Yellowjackets (Jasper, AL), 3-2 in a league challenge.

The Aggies now sport a 24-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Haleyville for a 4A Area 11 challenge on Wednesday, April 17. Hamilton will face a Lions squad coming off a 6-5 non-league loss to Winston County (Double Springs, AL). The Lions record now stands at 9-14.

With the loss, Curry falls to 25-6 on the campaign. The Yellowjackets travel to Lawrence County (Moulton, AL) to face the Red Devils in a non-league challenge on Thursday, April 18. The Red Devils enter the challenge with a record of 19-21. Lawrence County lost 7-2 in their recent league challenge against Ardmore (Ardmore, AL)
