Perryville Mustangs (Perryville, AR) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Danville Little Johns (Danville, AR), 15-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Mustangs now own a 9-7 record. They take the field next when they host Clarksville for a non-league challenge on Thursday, April 18. Perryville will battle a Panthers squad coming off a 10-7 league loss to Morrilton (Morrilton, AR). The Panthers record now stands at 11-8.

With the loss, Danville falls to 0-13 on the campaign. The Little johns host Western Yell County (Havana, AR) to battle the Wolverines in a non-league challenge on Friday, April 19. The Wolverines enter the challenge with a record of 5-10. Western Yell County lost 12-2 in their recent non-league challenge against Hector (Hector, AR)
