With the triumph, Paramount improves its record to 11-7 on the year. The Pirates travel to Norwalk (Norwalk, CA) to clash with the Lancers in a Suburban game on Thursday, April 18. The Lancers come into the game with a record of 16-8. Norwalk won 18-1 in their recent league game against Firebaugh (Lynwood, CA)

In their next game, the Dons clash with the Compton Early College Rising Phoenix (Compton, CA) in a non-league game, on Wednesday, April 17. Dominguez will attempt to improve on its 0-10 season record. The Rising Phoenix come into the game with a 3-7 record after their 16-6 league loss to Lennox Academy (Lennox, CA).
