The Fort Payne Wildcats softball team scored 21 runs and limited the visiting Lee Generals to 2 in the Wildcats league triumph on Tuesday.

With the triumph, Fort Payne improves its record to 9-11 on the year. The Wildcats host Buckhorn (New Market, AL) to clash with the Bucks in a 6A Area 14 game on Wednesday, April 17. The Bucks come into the game with a record of 15-18. Buckhorn lost 13-10 in their recent non-league game against Scottsboro (Scottsboro, AL)

In their next game, the Generals clash with the Randolph School Raiders (Huntsville, AL) in a non-league game, on Monday, April 22. Lee will attempt to improve on its 0-7 season record.
