Huntington Huntsmen (Chillicothe, OH) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Westfall Mustangs (Williamsport, OH), 12-10 in a league challenge.

The Huntsmen now own a 9-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Unioto for a Scioto Valley challenge on Wednesday, April 17. Huntington will battle a Shermans squad coming off a 6-2 league win over Adena (Frankfort, OH). The Shermans record now stands at 9-3.

With the loss, Westfall falls to 3-6 on the campaign. The Mustangs host Adena (Frankfort, OH) to battle the Warriors in a Scioto Valley challenge on Wednesday, April 17. The Warriors enter the challenge with a record of 7-3. Adena lost 6-2 in their recent league challenge against Unioto (Chillicothe, OH)
