Sierra Linda Bulldogs (Phoenix, AZ) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the visiting Metro Tech Knights (Phoenix, AZ), 15-0 in a league challenge.

The Bulldogs now own a 8-8 record. They take the field next when they host Washington for a non-league challenge on Friday, April 19. Sierra Linda will face a Rams squad coming off a 16-4 non-league loss to Paradise Valley (Phoenix, AZ). The Rams record now stands at 1-19.

With the loss, Metro Tech falls to 0-19 on the campaign. The Knights host Fairfax (Laveen, AZ) to face the Stampede in a 5A Metro challenge on Friday, April 19. The Stampede enter the challenge with a record of 16-5. Fairfax won 2-1 in their recent non-league challenge against Cesar Chavez (Laveen, AZ)
