The San Angelo Central Bobcats softball team (San Angelo, TX), was routed 4-0 in Tuesday's league test with the visiting Permian Panthers (Odessa, TX)

Coming up next, the Panthers clash with the Midland Bulldogs (Midland, TX) in a 6A Region I District 2 test, on Friday, April 19. Permian will attempt to improve on its 9-7 season record. The Bulldogs come into the test with a 20-8 record after their 5-3 league win over Midland Legacy (Midland, TX).

The Bobcats (16-12) will now prepare for their test against Frenship (Wolfforth, TX). The Tigers come into the 6A Region I District 2 test with a 11-7 record. In their last test, Frenship edged Permian (Odessa, TX), 6-0, in a league test.
