South Davidson Wildcats (Denton, NC) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Thomasville Bulldogs (Thomasville, NC), 29-11 in a league challenge.

The Wildcats now own a 8-3 record. They take the field next when they host Salisbury for a Central Carolina 1A/2A challenge on Wednesday, April 17. South Davidson will face a Hornets squad coming off a 11-3 league win over East Davidson (Thomasville, NC). The Hornets record now stands at 7-7.

With the loss, Thomasville falls to 0-13 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to High Point Central (High Point, NC) to face the Bison in a non-league challenge on Thursday, April 18. The Bison enter the challenge with a record of 4-5. High Point Central lost 21-1 in their recent league challenge against Eastern Guilford (Gibsonville, NC)
