The Baconton Charter Blazers baseball team scored 20 runs and held the host Southwest Georgia STEM Charter Aggies to 1 in the Blazers league win on Wednesday.

The Blazers now own a 26-1 record. They take the field next when they host Early County for a A D2 Region 1 test on Friday, April 18. Baconton Charter will clash with a Bobcats team coming off a 15-3 non-league loss to Taylor County (Butler, GA). The Bobcats record now stands at 10-13.

With the defeat, Southwest Georgia STEM Charter drops to 7-14 on the year. The Aggies host Terrell County (Dawson, GA) to clash with the Greenwave in a A D2 Region 1 test on Thursday, April 17. The Greenwave go into the test with a record of 3-13. Terrell County lost 20-7 in their recent league test against Southwest Georgia STEM Charter (Shellman, GA)
