In Wednesday's league game, the host Wayzata Trojans baseball team scored a close 6-5 win over the Eden Prairie Eagles.
The Trojans (3-1) will now prepare for their game against Chanhassen (Chanhassen, MN). The Storm go into the non-league game with a 1-1 record. In their last game, Chanhassen nudged New Prague (New Prague, MN), 10-8, in a non-league game.
Next, the Eagles play the Rogers Royals (Rogers, MN) in a non-league game, on Thursday, April 17. Eden Prairie will attempt to improve on its 0-3 season record. The Royals go into the game with a 3-2 record after their 5-4 non-league win over Totino-Grace (Fridley, MN).
