Missouri High School Baseball - Howell Central holds off Howell North

In Wednesday's league game, the visiting Howell Central Spartans baseball team scored a close 4-0 win over the Howell North Knights.

The Spartans (8-8) will now prepare for their game against Fort Zumwalt South (St. Peters, MO). The Bulldogs go into the non-league game with a 2-10 record. In their last game, Fort Zumwalt South was overwhelmed by North Point (Wentzville, MO), 12-6, in a league game.

Next, the Knights play the Lindbergh Flyers (St. Louis, MO) in a non-league game, on Friday, April 18. Howell North will attempt to improve on its 10-5 season record. The Flyers go into the game with a 14-5 record after their 4-3 non-league win over Marquette (Chesterfield, MO).
