Riverview Academy of Math and Science Barracudas (Riverview, FL) boosters left the game satisfied Wednesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Universal Academy Falcons (Tampa, FL), 3-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Riverview Academy of Math and Science improves its record to 9-2 on the season. The Barracudas host Gulf Coast HEAT (Sarasota, FL) to face the HEAT in a non-league test on Tuesday, April 22. The HEAT go into the test with a record of 0-9.
The Falcons now own a 5-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Winthrop College Prep Academy for a 1A D2 test on Friday, April 18. Universal Academy will face a Spartans squad coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Carrollwood Day (Tampa, FL). The Spartans record now stands at 9-8.
