Brookstone Cougars (Columbus, GA) backers exited the stadium pleased Wednesday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the host Westfield School Hornets (Perry, GA), 4-1 in a league test.

With the triumph, Brookstone advances its record to 6-5 on the campaign. The Cougars host Strong Rock Christian (Locust Grove, GA) to clash with the Patriots in a GIAA AAA/AAAA District 5 test on Thursday, April 17. The Patriots come into the test with a record of 8-4. Strong Rock Christian won 5-1 in their recent league test against Calvary Christian (Columbus, GA)

The Hornets now have a 6-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Brookwood for a non-league test on Friday, April 18. Westfield School will clash with a Warriors team coming off a 6-4 league win over Tiftarea Academy (Chula, GA). The Warriors record now stands at 5-6.
